Our Rates
Lesson Rates:
$20.00 per 1/2 hour when booking 20 lessons at a time (5 months).
$21.50 per 1/2 hour when booking 12 lessons at a time (3 months).
$23.00 per 1/2 hour when booking 4 lessons at a time (1 month).
Payment Information:
Post-dated cheques will be cashed on the 1st or 15th of every month when booking 3 or 5 months at a time.
Pre-authorized payments will be processed on the 1st of every month when booking 3 or 5 months at a time.
Payments for Students on a month to month basis will be by Cash, Cheque or Pre-authorization and MUST be one class ahead at all times.
NO ENROLLMENT FEES!!
Attendance:
When booking 20 lessons, you will be allowed two rescheduled lessons at a mutual date and time with the Teacher within 2 weeks of the missed lesson. When booking a 12 lessons, you will be allowed one rescheduled lesson at a mutual date and time with the Teacher within 2 weeks of the missed lesson. When booking on a 4 lesson, there will be no rescheduling of lessons allowed. If the Teacher is absent there will be a substitute, a make-up lesson or a credited lesson. If you know you will have to miss a lesson that you are unable to reschedule, you can sublet your time slot to someone else. This is a good way to deal with vacations. It is up to you to arrange your replacement for the time you will be gone. Please let us know in advance if you choose this option so the Teacher can be informed and they can be prepared for the lesson.
All lessons and courses are paid in advance as this reserves your lesson day and time.
Lesson packages are non-refundable.
Our teachers are performing musicians and from time to time they may need to cancel a lesson. The cancelled lesson will be made up within 2 weeks.
